Keto Pumpkin Mousse

Keto Pumpkin Mousse is a creamy dessert combining pumpkin puree and cream cheese with whipped heavy cream and warm spices. Sweetened with powdered sweetener and flavored with vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg, it provides a smooth and airy texture suitable for a low-carb dessert. The mousse can be served chilled or piped into dessert cups, offering a festive pumpkin flavor with a light mouthfeel.

Description

The mousse is prepared by whisking pumpkin puree with cold cream cheese, powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and autumn spices until smooth. Separately, heavy whipping cream is whipped to nearly stiff peaks and carefully folded into the pumpkin mixture to maintain a light, airy texture. This folding creates the mousse's characteristic fluffiness and creamy body.

The dessert's spice blend highlights seasonal flavors without added sugars, aligning with ketogenic dietary preferences. It can be served directly or chilled for a firmer texture before piping. Toppings like crumbled keto ginger cookies add texture and complementary flavor. The mousse keeps well refrigerated for up to five days without losing its texture or taste.

Portion size and net carb count make it flexible for sharing or individual servings, fitting a low-carb lifestyle without sacrificing a rich dessert experience.
