Keto Salted Caramel Cheesecake Mousse

Keto Salted Caramel Cheesecake Mousse combines cream cheese whipped with heavy cream and salted caramel sauce to form a rich, creamy dessert. Sweetened with a keto-friendly Swerve confectioners sugar, the mousse has a smooth texture and balanced sweet-salty flavor. Chilling briefly before serving allows the mousse to set slightly, enhancing its airy yet dense consistency. A drizzle of extra salted caramel on top adds a glossy finish and intensifies the caramel notes.

Description

This mousse starts by whipping heavy cream to soft peaks and separately whipping room temperature cream cheese. Salted caramel sauce is folded into the cream cheese, followed by gentle incorporation of the whipped cream and Swerve confectioners sugar for sweetness. The result is a light yet creamy dessert blending the tang of cream cheese with the richness of caramel.

The texture is smooth with slight airiness from whipped cream, while the salted caramel adds a delicate balance of sweetness and saltiness. The mousse requires no baking and benefits from chilling just long enough to firm up.

Served chilled with a drizzle of extra salted caramel on top, it makes a satisfying low-carb treat that can act as a dessert or rich snack.
