Key Lime Grilled Chicken Taco Skewers are a quick & easy recipe that's low carb & gluten free. Serve them in tortillas for tacos, over rice or on a salad!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced into cubes
  • 10 lime 4 juiced - 6 sliced into quarters, key
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in a bowl and squeeze 4 of the key limes over the chicken.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and toss to coat.
  3. Skewer the chicken with the quartered key limes.
  4. Place on an indoor or outdoor grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, flipping half way through.
