Kinder Bueno Cheesecake

The Kinder Bueno Cheesecake is a no-bake dessert featuring a biscuit and crushed Kinder Bueno base topped with a creamy filling made from cream cheese, double cream, sugar, vanilla, and melted Kinder chocolate. After chilling to set, it is garnished with melted chocolate, whipped cream, and additional Kinder Bueno pieces, creating a rich and indulgent treat with chocolate and hazelnut flavors. This cheesecake balances crumbly texture at the base with a smooth, luscious filling.

Description

This cheesecake begins with crushing digestive biscuits and Kinder Bueno bars, then combining with melted butter to form a firm base pressed into a springform pan. The filling is made by whisking cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla extract, incorporating melted Kinder chocolate for sweetness and nutty chocolate flavor, then folding in double cream to achieve a smooth, airy texture. After spreading the filling over the set base, the cheesecake is refrigerated for at least four hours or overnight to allow it to firm properly.

The final presentation involves drizzling melted chocolate across the top, piping whipped cream, and decorating with mini Kinder Bueno pieces, which add visual appeal and extra chocolate-hazelnut components. The cheesecake delivers a creamy mouthfeel with a mildly crunchy base and balanced sweetness derived primarily from the Kinder Bueno. It is designed to be served as a dessert and enjoyed chilled.
