Ingredients

  • 6 king oyster mushrooms , halved
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. pepper powder , mix in 1 tsp. pepper flakes
  • 1 dried chili pepper , cut into small sections
  • 2 Thai red peppers cut into small circles, fresh
  • 1 tbsp. garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp. ginger chopped
  • 3 tbsp. oil for drizzling, hot
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce light
  • 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds toasted
  • spring onion chopped
  • Coriander

Instructions

  1. Steaming Slightly wash the king oyster mushroom and remove any dirty on surface. Then halved. Place in steamer and steam for 10 minutes until softened.
  2. Shredding Transfer out, slightly cooled and then shreds by hands.
  3. Drizzling hot oil Add salt, sugar, dried peppers, fresh pepper circle, pepper powder, garlic and ginger. Then drizzle hot oil on surface to work up the aroma.
  4. Other seasonings Add oyster sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil, light soy sauce, mix well. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  5. Presenting Mix in chopped spring onion and coriander. Transfer to serving plate and decorate with chopped spring onion on top .
