Kitchen Sink Cookies
Description
Kitchen Sink Cookies blend softened butter and sugars with vanilla pudding mix to create a moist and flavorful dough. The dough is enriched with egg and vanilla extract, then combined with dry ingredients including flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt for the proper rise and texture. The defining feature comes from the assortment of mix-ins: crushed pretzels offer crunch and saltiness, toffee bits add buttery sweetness, caramel bits provide chewy pockets, mini M&Ms bring bursts of candy flavor, and chocolate chips add classic chocolate richness.
The cookies are scooped into two-tablespoon portions and gently flattened before baking at 350°F for about 10 minutes, resulting in cookies that are slightly crisp around the edges but soft inside once cooled. The combination of ingredients and textures makes for a complex cookie that satisfies varied taste preferences.
