This 4-ingredient Kiwi Smash is fruity, refreshing, sweet, and minty, making it the perfect drink to sip on St. Patrick's Day or a warm night!

Ingredients
- 1 kiwi peeled
- 4 sprigs fresh mint remove leaves from the stems
- 2 teaspoons agave syrup or simple syrup
- 2 ounces vodka
- Kiwi slice for garnish

Instructions
- Muddle together the kiwi, mint, and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker until a pulp is formed.
- Fill the shaker with ice and pour in the vodka. Cover and shake until well chilled.
- Pour (do not strain) into a rocks glass and garnish with a slice of kiwi on the rim. Serve immediately.
