Ingredients
Tzatziki Sauce
- 1/2 cups plain reduced fat yogurt
- 1/2 cups cucumber chopped
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon parsley or mint or dill
- 1 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Lamb Burgers
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- salt, pepper to taste
- 5 dinner rolls /slider buns
Instructions
- Mix sauce ingredients, then set aside for flavors to blend.
- Mix the lamb with the herbs, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide ground lamb into 5 sections and form into patties. Salt and pepper the patties, then grill until done.
- Serve on slider roll topped with sauce.
