Notes

  • Meat Options: Swap ground beef for Italian sausage or use ground turkey for a leaner option.
  • Pasta Tip: Cook pasta separately if planning leftovers to prevent sogginess.
  • Cheesy Topping: Adjust the cheese blend for extra creaminess.
  • Vegetarian Lasagna Soup: Use vegetable broth and swap meat for mushrooms or zucchini.
  • Spicy Lasagna Soup: Increase red pepper flakes or add diced jalapeños.
  • Creamy Lasagna Soup: Stir in ½ cup heavy cream for a richer broth.
  • Gluten-Free Lasagna Soup: Use gluten-free pasta instead of lasagna noodles.
  • Low-Carb Lasagna Soup: Replace noodles with zucchini ribbons or cauliflower florets.
  • Extra Cheesy Lasagna Soup: Stir in more mozzarella for a gooey, cheesy experience.
