Lemon and Garlic Roasted Shrimp

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • ½ pound Shrimp peeled and deveined, large
  • lemon juice of 1
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic minced, cloves
  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
  • black pepper to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic; pour over shrimp. Season the shrimp with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
  3. Place into the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are done. Sprinkle parsley over shrimp; serve immediately.
