Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hummus original flavor
- 1 lemon zested
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons rosemary chopped, fresh
- 2 teaspoon oregano fresh, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme fresh leaves
- water as needed
- kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except the kosher salt and the black pepper.
- Whisk vigorously to combine. Thin out the dressing with water until you reach your desired consistency. I like to add water tablespoon by tablespoon so it does not get too runny.
- Taste the vinaigrette and season with the desired amount of kosher salt and black pepper.
