  • 2/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons parsley chopped, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, honey, parsley, red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt. Set aside 1/4 cup of marinade to drizzle over grilled chicken. Place chicken breast is large resealable bag or on baking sheet and slather with remaining marinade.
  2. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
