- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove grated or finely minced
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
