Ingredients
- ⅓ cup roasted walnut oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1½ tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or whole grain
- a pinch of salt and pepper (or more to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigourously to combine.
- Serve it with chopped salads, noodles, grilled chicken, meats, or roasted vegetables.
