                                Ingredients
- 6 ounces spring greens
 - 1 cup sliced almonds
 - 2 chopped apples of choice
 - ½ cup crumbled Feta cheese
 - ¾ cup pomegranate seeds
 
Creamy Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
 - ¼ cup milk
 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
 - 4 teaspoons cider vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 2 teaspoons poppyseeds
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 6 ounces spring greens, 1 cup sliced almonds, 2 chopped apples of choice, ½ cup crumbled feta cheese, and ¾ cup pomegranate seeds.
 - In a small bowl, whisk together ⅓ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup milk, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, 4 teaspoons cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 2 teaspoons poppyseeds.
 - Pour over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately and garnish with more feta cheese, if desired.
