Triple Berry Chicken Avocado Salad with a Creamy Lemon Poppyseed Dressing is my all time favorite salad! Tender and juicy pan seared chicken with romaine lettuce, avocados, strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Topped with pistachio nuts, feta cheese and drizzled in the best creamy dressing!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cooked and chopped or shredded chicken breast, about 1 breast
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1 cup chopped avocado, about 1 large avocado
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios
- ¼ cup crumbled Feta cheese
Creamy Lemon Poppyseed Dressing:
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup milk
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, about half a lemon
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Instructions
- Add 8 ounces cooked and chopped or shredded chicken breast, 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce, 2 cups sliced strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, 2 cups blackberries, and 1 cup chopped avocado, to a large bowl and gently toss to combine.
- To make the creamy lemon poppy seed dressing, add ⅓ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup milk, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, and 2 teaspoons poppy seeds to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Top with ¼ cup chopped pistachios and ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese and serve immediately.
