  • Gremolata click for the recipe
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 236 mL
  • lemon juice juice from ½ of a lemon
  • Pinch sea salt flaky
  • 8 oz linguine 226 g

Instructions

  1. Gremolata: Make gremolata (5 minutes to make). Stir together gremolata, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Linguini: Bring a pot of heavily salted water to a boil, then add linguine. Cook according to instructions on package.
  3. Serve: Toss together linguine and gremolata sauce. Serve immediately.
