  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 egg large
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree pure

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9X5 loaf pan with a non stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, baking powder and salt.
  3. Stir in the vegetable oil, eggs, sugar and pumpkin purée. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Carefully remove the bread from the loaf pan. Slice, serve and enjoy!
