Lime Avocado Popsicles

Lime Avocado Popsicles blend ripe avocado with coconut milk, maple syrup, lime juice, and vanilla for a creamy, refreshing frozen treat. The smooth texture from avocado and coconut milk balances citrus tang and sweetness, making it a cold dessert with rich mouthfeel and bright flavor.

Description

Lime Avocado Popsicles combine very ripe avocado, full-fat coconut milk, maple syrup (or alternative sweeteners), fresh lime juice, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth. The ripe avocado contributes creaminess and body, while coconut milk adds richness and fat, lending a custard-like texture when frozen.

The lime juice provides a fresh, citrus brightness that balances the avocado’s richness, and maple syrup adds sweetness to taste. After blending, the mixture is poured into popsicle molds and frozen for about six hours or overnight until solid. The result is a smooth-textured popsicle that melts evenly on the tongue.

This dessert offers a dairy-free alternative to traditional creamy popsicles, suitable for warm weather enjoyment. It highlights avocado’s versatility beyond savory uses by creating a subtly sweet, fresh-frosted treat.
