Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 4 large eggs hard boiled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup bacon bits
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¾ cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
Instructions
- Chop up your cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
- In a separate bowl, place your hard boiled and peeled eggs. Add in your mayonnaise to the eggs.
- Top with the rest of your ingredients.
- Mash with a fork until all your ingredients are mixed and your eggs are now crushed into small pieces.
- Dump your sauce onto the cauliflower.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Top with a little more bacon and green onions.
