Ingredients
- 1.5 lb green beans steamed or blanched
- 1 cup french fried onions divided
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 cup crumbled bacon divided
Sauce:
- ½ cup cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayo
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a large bowl.
- Fold in the green beans, ½ cup onions, ½ cup cheese, and ½ cup bacon.
- Add the green bean mixture to the prepared pan.
- Top with the remaining onions, cheese, and bacon.
- Bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. If the topping gets too brown cover with foil or move to the lowest rack.
