Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 spring onions
- ⅓ yellow bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. erythritol
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. chili paste
- 1 tsp. garlic minced
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- lime juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions
- Heat 2 tsp. sesame oil on medium-high heat in a pan.
- Brown ground chicken, then add all other ingredients. Mix well and continue cooking.
- Once everything is cooked, add 2 chopped spring onions and 1/3 sliced yellow pepper.
