Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 spring onions
  • yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. erythritol
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. chili paste
  • 1 tsp. garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • lime juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tsp. sesame oil on medium-high heat in a pan.
  2. Brown ground chicken, then add all other ingredients. Mix well and continue cooking.
  3. Once everything is cooked, add 2 chopped spring onions and 1/3 sliced yellow pepper.
