Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • cup erythritol
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup recipe here
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Torani Salted Caramel
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine wet ingredients and beat with a hand mixer until fully incorperated.
  2. Mix dry ingredients, then slowly pour wet into dry while mixing with hand mixer.
  3. Press dough into a well-greased 11x7 brownie pan, then bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Let cool, remove from brownie pan, and cut into slices.
