  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch cayenne (optional)
  • 1 cup water
  • ice (to taste)
