- ½ cup protein powder
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch cayenne (optional)
- 1 cup water
- ice (to taste)
