- ⅔ cup coconut milk Thai style, full-fat
- ½ cup protein powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter natural
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- cayenne pepper optional, pinch
- 1 cup water
- ice (to taste)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Add more ice to thicken if you wish.
