Ingredients
- 4 sausages I used 2 hotdogs, 2 pre-cooked chicken sausages
- 1 ½ Cups oil of your choice
- 1 Cup almond meal
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. Ms. Dash Table Blend
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. Turmeric
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Mix together your almond meal and spices.
- Mix your egg, heavy cream and baking powder into the mixture.
- In a sauce pan, heat 1 1/2 Cup Oil to 400F.
- Dip your hotdogs and/or sausages into the mixture.
- Drop them into the oil, completely coated in batter.
- Fry on each side for about 2 minutes per side.
- Remove and rest on paper towels to get rid of excess grease.
