Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 4 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 egg beaten, large
  • ½ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • ½ tsp. cardamom
  • lemon zest of 1/2
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 4 tart shells Recipe Here

Instructions

  1. Add meat and spices to a pan over high heat. Once slightly cooked, remove from heat and add egg and lemon zest.
  2. Spoon mixture into pie shells and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
  3. Remove from oven, let cool, and serve!
