Low Fodmap Beef Patties
- 500 gms ground beef lean, 1 lb
- 1 tbsp olive oil garlic infused
- ¼ cup spring onions green parts only
- 1 tsp salt
Low Fodmap Aioli
- 115 gms mayonnaise I use Hellmann's, Low Fodmap, ½ cup
- 1 tbsp olive oil garlic infused
Burger
- arugula also known as rocket
- tomato sliced
- aioli Low Fodmap
- bread I used spelt sourdough, Low Fodmap
