Low Fodmap Beef Patties

  • 500 gms ground beef lean, 1 lb
  • 1 tbsp olive oil garlic infused
  • ¼ cup spring onions green parts only
  • 1 tsp salt

Low Fodmap Aioli

  • 115 gms mayonnaise I use Hellmann's, Low Fodmap, ½ cup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil garlic infused

Burger

  • arugula also known as rocket
  • tomato sliced
  • aioli Low Fodmap
  • bread I used spelt sourdough, Low Fodmap
