Ingredients

  • 75 gms chicken I simply poached mine in salty water, shredded, low fodmap, cooked, 2.5 oz
  • 100 gms potatoes cubed and boiled, 3.5 oz
  • 1/8 cucumber chopped or sliced, medium
  • 5 walnut halves chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chives chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 30 gms mayonnaise I use Hellman’s, low fodmap, 1 ½ tbsp
