Ingredients
Meat Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil garlic-infused
- 4 spring onions green tops only, chopped
- 500 gms ground beef 1 lb
- 100 ml white wine ½ cup
- 250 gms tomato pureed, fresh, 9 oz
- 1 ½ tsp oregano dry
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- salt to taste
Cheese Bechamel
- 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 60 gms gluten-free flour low fodmap, 2 oz
- 500 ml milk lactose-free, 2 cups
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 50 gms cheese lactose-free, 1 ¾ oz
- 1 egg lightly beaten
To Assemble
- 900 gms potato sliced, 2 lbs
- 550 gms eggplant sliced, 1 ¼ lbs
- salt to taste
