Ingredients
- 8 chicken thigh fillet skinless and bones removed
- 120 ml lemon juice ½ cup
- 120 ml white wine vinegar ½ cup
- 4 tbsp olive oil garlic infused
- 4 tbsp Hungarian paprika
- ½ tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ tsp salt
Notes
- 5 minutes before the chicken is cooked, drain it from any juice that might have accumulated in the pan and return it to the oven to finish cooking.
