  • 8 chicken thigh fillet skinless and bones removed
  • 120 ml lemon juice ½ cup
  • 120 ml white wine vinegar ½ cup
  • 4 tbsp olive oil garlic infused
  • 4 tbsp Hungarian paprika
  • ½ tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp salt

Notes

  • 5 minutes before the chicken is cooked, drain it from any juice that might have accumulated in the pan and return it to the oven to finish cooking.
