Ingredients

  • 350 grams luncheon meat cut into cubes, CDO brand
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons liver spread
  • 1 potato cubed
  • 1 carrot cubed
  • 2 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Fry all sides of the cubed CDO Luncheon Meat until it browns. Set aside.
  2. Using the remaining oil (note: add more oil if needed), saute garlic and onion until the onion softens.
  3. Add the liver spread. Cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour tomato sauce and water. Let boil.
  5. Add potato and carrot. Cover the pan. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Add green peas, bell pepper, and fried luncheon meat. Stir. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
