  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk whole
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Step 2: Make Cheese Sauce – In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk and cream until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Add Cheese – Stir in mustard powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and mix in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Step 4: Combine & Bake – Toss cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce and spread in the baking dish. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  5. Step 5: Bake & Serve – Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
