Ingredients

  • 4 cups mâche washed and tough stems removed
  • 1 large avocado sliced
  • 2/3 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • honey to taste, optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mâche, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and honey if using, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
