Ingredients
- 4 cups mâche washed and tough stems removed
- 1 large avocado sliced
- 2/3 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- honey to taste, optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the mâche, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and honey if using, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
