Make your own no bake cheesecake bar easily and with only a few ingredients! Everyone loves a cool and delicious no bake cheesecake!

Ingredients
No Bake Cheesecake:
- 32 oz cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Peanut Butter Sauce:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter Peter Pan® brand
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
No Bake Cheesecake:
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until soft and creamy, add in powdered sugar and mix well.
- Add in heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract. Whip until well combined. Chill in the fridge.
Peanut Butter Sauce:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, taste and if needed, add more maple syrup, one tbsp at a time.
