Maple Pecan Cheesecake Shooters

Maple Pecan Cheesecake Shooters are individual dessert servings layered with finely chopped maple-glazed pecans and a smooth cream cheese and Greek yogurt mixture sweetened with sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Whipped cream is folded in to add lightness, and each shooter is topped with whole pecan halves. This creates a creamy, tangy, and nutty dessert with bright maple notes in a convenient small portion.,

Description

These shooters assemble chopped pecans tossed with pure maple syrup in the base, providing a sticky, sweet foundation. The cream cheese mixture blends softened cream cheese, sugar, fresh lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth, then incorporates Greek yogurt and whipped cream folded together to lighten the texture. The layered presentation in small shot glasses highlights the textural contrast between crunchy pecans and creamy filling. Piping the filling into the glasses allows for neat servings suitable for parties or casual desserts.

The recipe finishes by garnishing each shooter with three maple pecan halves, reinforcing the maple and nut theme. Making the cream cheese filling ahead of time and refrigerating it simplifies assembly when ready to serve. The combination of fat-free Greek yogurt and reduced-fat cream cheese balances richness with tang.
