Ingredients
- 6 ounces ground sausage
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup Recipe Here
- 2 tablespoons Psyllium Husk Powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 20 drops liquid stevia
- ¼ cup erythritol
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Rip sausage up into small chunks and fry in a frying pan until seared well.
- 2. Measure out wet ingredients, then measure out dry ingredients in a seperate container.
- 3. Mix together the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Add sausage and mix again.
- 4. Measure out batter between 12 cupcake molds. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- 5. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from cupcake molds. Let cool further or eat warm.
