Ingredients

  • 6 ounces ground sausage
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup Recipe Here
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 20 drops liquid stevia
  • ¼ cup erythritol

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Rip sausage up into small chunks and fry in a frying pan until seared well.
  2. 2. Measure out wet ingredients, then measure out dry ingredients in a seperate container.
  3. 3. Mix together the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Add sausage and mix again.
  4. 4. Measure out batter between 12 cupcake molds. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. 5. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from cupcake molds. Let cool further or eat warm.
