Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Ciliegine Mozzarella drained, cheese balls
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 tablespoon thyme minced, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon oregano minced, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary minced, fresh
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground

Instructions

  1. Drain the mozzarella balls well, dry gently with clean cotton cloth or paper towels, then set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together the olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, rosemary, crushed red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the mozzarella balls to coat well then refrigerate in an airtight container a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
