This maroulosalata is an easy, flavorful salad that can be made in only 5-minutes and served up all summer long.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ heads Romaine lettuce
- 5 sprigs green onion
- 1/3 cup fresh dill chopped
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. vinegar (or substitute with lemon juice)
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Wash the romaine lettuce and chop to your desired size.
- Transfer to a large bowl.
- Thinly slice the green onion and add it to the bowl along with the freshly chopped dill.
- Add the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix to combine, and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve this delicious salad as a side dish to any meal!!
Notes
- You can add lemon juice or any other spices you desire however, it is meant to be simple!
- This salad is best enjoyed on the day it's made; if you want to meal prep it, store the lettuce, onion, dill together and the olive oil, vinegar and salt in a small container. Drizzle the olive oil, vinegar and salt over the salad ingredients, toss and serve when ready.
