  • 3 oz microgreens any kind
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 3 radishes thinly sliced
  • ½ English cucumber chopped
  • 1 avocado sliced into bite-size pieces
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine microgreens, green onion, radishes, English cucumber, and avocado.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Mix to combine.
  3. Enjoy immediately.
