Million Dollar Pasta

Million Dollar Pasta blends penne pasta with browned ground beef and a creamy cheese mixture to create a rich and hearty dish. The combination of cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream mixed with garlic and chives lends a smooth, tangy creaminess that coats the pasta well. The marinara sauce and seasoned beef add depth and savory flavor. This baked-style pasta is comforting and satisfying without complicated steps.

Description

Million Dollar Pasta features cooked penne pasta tossed with a browned ground beef mixture that includes marinara sauce. Separately, a creamy blend of cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic, and chives is whipped to a smooth mixture and combined with the pasta and meat sauce. The result is a cohesive dish with tender pasta enveloped by a rich, flavorful sauce that balances acidity and creaminess.

The garlic and fresh chives provide aromatic highlights, while salt and pepper season the dish evenly. This preparation serves well as a substantial main meal, offering both protein and comfort-carbohydrate elements in one.

The recipe is straightforward and can be served immediately after mixing without additional baking. It suits casual family dinners or quick gatherings where a creamy pasta dish is desired.
