This creamy Millionaire Pie is an easy no-bake dessert that’s as easy to make as it is delicious! With its light, fruity filling, it strikes the perfect balance without being overly sweet. The tropical hints of coconut and pineapple add just the right flavor, making it an ideal treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 .25 ounce pineapple well drained, crushed, canned
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries drained & chopped (reserve 1 tablespoon of the juice)
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 ounce sweetened condensed milk canned
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping plus extra for garnish if desired
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust prepared

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut, crushed pineapple, maraschino cherries, pecans, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice.
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping, then scoop the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  3. Top the pie with additional whipped topping and cherries if desired.
  4. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Slice and serve.
