Mini Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mini Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies are small, crisp cookies infused with mini chocolate chips throughout. The dough features creamed butter and sugar with yolks for richness, combined with all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt for structure. Baking at moderate heat produces cookies with browned edges and a crunchy texture, ideal for bite-sized enjoyment.

Description

The dough preparation begins with creaming butter and sugar to a fluffy texture before adding vanilla extract and egg yolks for flavor and moisture. Dry ingredients—flour, salt, and baking powder—are mixed separately and then combined with the wet mixture to form a cohesive dough. Mini chocolate chips are folded in last, distributing chocolate evenly without overwhelming the bite size.

Using a piping bag or zip-top bag to shape tiny mounds ensures uniform size and a neat appearance. Baking at 350°F until edges brown yields cookies that crisp as they cool on racks. These miniature cookies are perfect for serving as a snack or with tea, offering a crunchy texture and chocolate presence in every bite.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper

  6. Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter and combine
