Mini Peach cobbler is the perfect warm, sweet dessert to satisfy any sweet tooth. The flaky crust and sweet fruit filling will have you liking the spoon! Especially when you top it with some creamy vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Dash of Salt
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
- 1 (15-ounce) can peaches, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put 1 teaspoon of melted butter into each regular-size muffin tin.
- With a wooden spoon stir together the sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk.
- Put 2 tablespoons of batter into each muffin tin. Add 1 tablespoon diced peaches on top of the batter.
- Sprinkle each filled muffin tin with a little brown sugar and then cinnamon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let them cool almost completely before taking them out of the pan. Use a butter knife to loosen the edges then lift them out.
