Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 24 tater tots
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese quartered
  • 24 mini burger buns or slider buns
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • pickle slices (optional)
  • Lettuce and tomato slices (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Beef Patties:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into 24 small patties.
  3. Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked.

Cook Tater Tots:

  1. Bake or air fry tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.

Assemble the Cheeseburgers:

  1. Place a slice of cheese on each cooked patty. Let it melt.
  2. Layer a tater tot, cheeseburger patty, ketchup, mustard, and optional toppings on each bun.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!
