Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft, flavorful cookies combining flour, butter, sugars, and peppermint oil with chocolate chips and chunks for texture. The dough is tinted green and includes instant white chocolate pudding mix to enhance softness and moisture. These cookies offer a tender crumb with a refreshing mint aroma and rich chocolate pieces.

Description

These cookies start with creaming butter and sugars alongside peppermint oil and eggs, creating a rich and fragrant base. Flour, baking soda, salt, and instant white chocolate pudding mix are combined with green food coloring and incorporated carefully. Chocolate chips and chunks provide melting pockets of chocolate throughout.

Baking at 350°F for about 12 minutes produces cookies with slightly crisp edges and a soft, moist center enriched by the pudding mix. The green color and peppermint flavor make them distinctive and seasonal.

The cookies serve well as a sweet snack, dessert, or festive treat. Their balance of mint and chocolate appeals to fans of that classic combination, and the soft texture makes them satisfying without being dense.
