  • 1 saltine crackers about 40 crackers, sleeve
  • 1 cup butter unsalted
  • 1 cup brown sugar light or dark
  • 2 cups white almond bark or white melting chips
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chopped, Andes brand
  • 5 candy canes chopped

Notes

  • In refrigerator up to 2 weeks
  • Room temperature for up to 7 days (crackers will start to get stale or soggy).
  • In the freezer for up to 4 months.
  • Store the saltine cracker toffee in a sealed bag or container.
