Mint Oreo Bark
Description
This Mint Oreo Bark is made by melting white chocolate chips gently in the microwave to avoid scorching, then blending in green food coloring and mint extract for flavor and color. Crumbled Oreo cookies, with crumbs removed to keep the bark clean, are folded into the mint white chocolate mixture.
The mixture is spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzled with extra white chocolate to add texture. After refrigerating for about 30 minutes, it solidifies into a crisp bark that can be broken into chunks for serving.
This confection offers a creamy and minty flavor complemented by the familiar crunch and chocolate taste of Oreos. It is ideal for casual snacking or holiday treats and can be stored in the refrigerator to maintain firmness.
