- 6 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Combine water, sugar, and mint sprigs in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and let it simmer for two minutes and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Let it cool until it reaches room temperature.
- Strain and set aside.
