M&M Cookies
Description
The M&M Cookies recipe mixes all-purpose flour, leavening agents, salt, softened butter, granulated and brown sugar, egg, vanilla, mini chocolate chips, and M&M's candy. Following creaming the butter and sugars, the eggs and vanilla are incorporated before folding in dry ingredients and candies. The dough is scooped into balls and baked at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden at the edges but still soft. The result is a cookie with a tender crumb and pockets of melty chocolate and crisp candy shell. The cookies cool on racks to set fully. The recipe allows for dough storage in the fridge up to five days and includes detailed instructions for freezing both dough and baked cookies, preserving freshness and convenience.
